Placing the Unique miniform for Hemorrrhoid Relief or Anal Leakage
Stand in a comfortable position, bent slightly forward. Gently pull one buttock to the side. Pick up the new miniform by placing your fingers in the fold of the pad, and place the miniform, outside the anus, and between the buttocks. Release the buttock. Now the new miniform is in place. Remember, a little experimenting may be required to find the most comfortable placement for you.

Placing the Unique miniform for Incontinence or Vaginal Discharge
Stand or sit in a comfortable position, with knees spread far enough apart to allow the labia (vaginal lips) to part. With your fingers within the miniform’s fold, gently place the miniform, covering both the vaginal and urinary openings. As you bring your knees together and/or stand up, the labia will naturally fold around the miniform, holding it securely in place. You may now continue with your normal activities. Remember, a little exprimenting may be required to find the most comfortable placement for you.

Removal and Disposal of used miniforms
